ABSTRACT Objective: To observe and compare the influences of penehyclidine hydrochloride and scopolamine on heart rate and body temperature as premedication. Methods: III ASA I--II patients aged 15-60 years were enrolled in the study. The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:group 1 received 0.5mg penehyclidine hydrochloride muscularly (n=56) while group II received 0.3mg scopolamine muscularly (n=55) in the operation room.Heart rate, temperature of skin, temperature of anus and degrees of flush and thirst were monitored. Results: Heart rate, and temperature in group I did not increase significantly after injection of penehyclidine hydrochloride, and heart rate in group II increased at all the time with body temperature increased significantly at 15min, 30min after injection of scopolamine (P<0.05). Differences of flush and thirst between the two groups were significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: Penehyclidine hydrochloride, which is better than scopolamine, has little influence on heart rate and body temperature as premedication. 盐酸戊乙奎醚(Penehvclidine hydrrochloirde 商品名长宁托)是近年来我国军事医学科学院毒物研究所研制成功的一种新型抗胆碱药。它的主要药理特点市对毒蕈碱(M)的亚型M1、M3受体有高度的选择性,对M2受体无明显作用。内科用于有机磷中毒及感染性休克等病人。我们将其用于麻醉前给药,观察其对心率与体温的影响,并与东莨岩碱相对比,现将结果报道如下。<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> |
