Methods:Seventy children, aged 3-10 years, undergoing elective surgery were randomly assigned to five groups and anesthetized with intravenous midazolam or γ-hydroxybutyric acid combined with isoflurane, enflurane or sevoflurane inhalation. During the operation ,the children were kept breathing spontanesously through a facemask, Afer the surgery ,the recovery times from anesthesia were observed. Results:The awaken time in midazolam group was 108.9±36.53min, while that in γ-hydroxybutyric acid group was 168.14±50.47min. The inhalational agents did not influence the recovery time. Conclusion:Midazolam combined with volatile anesthetics are more suitable for pediatric anesthesia with spontaneous breathing during surgery. Key words:General Anesthesia; Children; Recovery time 注:本临床观察为第一作者在中国医科大学攻读研究生期间完成 小儿全身麻醉常采用气管内插管,以保证呼吸道通畅和便于手术当中的呼吸管理。但对于一些短小手术,如四肢、会阴、下腹部等体表部位的手术,不要求肌肉完全松弛,也可以不采用气管内插管,在仰卧位下保持患儿的自主呼吸,行静脉复合麻醉或静吸复合麻醉。即先用少量静脉麻醉药使患儿入睡,保持稍浅的麻醉深度,然后经面罩吸入挥发性麻醉药加深麻醉,即可以满足手术的需要。 我们对几种不同麻醉药组合的静吸复合麻醉的小儿术后苏醒时间进行了临床观察和分析比较,以筛选出一种理想安全的麻醉药组合方案。 |
