What's New in the Anti-inflammatory Effect of Ketamine<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> ABSTRACT Ketamine, an IV anesthetic, has been advocated for anesthesia and sedation of septic patients because of its ability to stabilize the cardiovascular function during sepsis. Some recent studies showed that ketamine had a significant anti-inflammatory effect, and several dates suggested that the inhibition of inflammatory reaction is most likely not through N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor interactions. Although the mechanisms are still under debate, the anti-inflammatory effect of ketamine would make a firmer basis for its used in the anesthesia of septic shock and ischemia/reperfusion injury. This paper will review the investigating development of its anti-inflammatory effect. 一、 氯胺酮的理化性质 二、 氯胺酮的抗炎作用 |
