[Abstract] Opioid-induced proconditioning have received much researchinterest，particularly in their cardioprotection of ischemic-reperfusi Oninjury．Through G-protein coupling and intrecellular signal transmission，Opioid peptides and its receptors in myocardial tissues involved inischemic-proconditioning(IPC)have the function of early and delayed protection．The mechanisms of trigger-regulatory medium．effector is of great importance in the study of the pathogenesis of IPC．The mechanisms include G．protein，protein kinase C(PKC)，inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS)，heat shock Drotein 70，p38MAPK，and nuclear transcription factor kB，and the mitochondrial ATP-sensitive potassium channel(mitoK—ATP) is thought as the putative effect site.We believe，opioids are promising properties for CHD patients in the future．
