A Comprehensive Study on Volatile Anesthetics<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> 刘 进 周建新 张文胜 ABSTRACT A series comprehensive study of volatile anesthetics was performed. Blood and tissue's solubilities of volatile anesthetics were determined in different ages of Chinese, and the influence of hypothermia and lipid content on solubility was studied. Regression equations were obtained by studying the combined effect of hypothermia and hemodilution on solubility. Characteristics of pharmacodynamics were investigated in patients received cardiopulmonary bypass during cardiac surgery. Based on the results of these studies, a pharmacodynamic computer model was established. Emulsified volatile anesthetics for intravenous use was developed according to the concept of "volume fraction partition coefficient". The authors found that there is a cutoff in anesthetic potency in experimental animals, which indicated a challenge to the traditional the Meyer-Overton hypothesis. Strains of Drosophila melanogaster of different sensitivity to volatile anesthetics were developed, and the related genes were screened and cloned. Studies mentioned above provided a fundamental basis for clinical usage and basic research of volatile anesthetics.

2. 上述工作为计算机模拟研究,智能化监控和模拟教学奠定了坚实的基础。利用我们多年来对中国人吸入麻醉药的药代动力学方面的研究成果,首先设计和建立以中国人吸入麻醉药代数据为基础的吸入麻醉药药代动力学的计算机模型,同时将该药代计算机模型与相关的麻醉环路以及机械通气的原理相结合,设计并建立一个全面阐述吸入麻醉药理论及临床运用相关知识的计算机模型系统[4-7]。相信这个模型在今后吸入麻醉的教学、科研和临床应用中将发挥重要作用。 |
